Chateau_de_Chenonceau

I’m getting quite excited – for two nights, we’ll be staying across the street from the chateau up there. I can hardly wait to take gigabytes of photos. The tricky bit will be deciding which ones to keep.

A little after that, we’ll be heading from the Loire valley down to Provence. We’ve rented a hotel in the lovely seaside town of Cassis – which we’re anticipating not only because of the seaside, but also because of the restaurant in Calgary we love by the same name. A restaurant at which we’ve made many wonderful memories with our friends.

Cassis looks like this:

After that, we’ll be visiting Arles, Aix-en-Provence, Orange, Chateuneuf-du-Pape, and of course, our beloved Chamaret. And this time, I’ll be posting to the blog regularly. So for those of you interested in following our adventure, bookmark this URL or add our RSS feed.
